Shawn Lovett

I am the founder/principal of Lovett Technology.

Over the years I have held senior positions including CIO for a manufacturing company and IT Director for a finance company.  I started out as a software engineer and developed my IT skills as a software development manager, project manager, architect, database administrator, and IT consultant.

I love working in technology, solving complex problems, creating and implementing IT strategies, and building business/IT partnerships.  I am known for being very approachable as well as my ability to explain complex technical terms in simple to understand language.

I hold a BS degree in Computer Science from West Point as well as an MBA from the University of Puget Sound.  I am also a military veteran and proud of it, having served in the US Army, the Minnesota National Guard, and the Army Reserve.

I have also worked for Unisys, Fingerhut, Metris Companies, HSBC, Dura Supreme Cabinetry, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, FleetOne/WEX, Harmonic Systems, Intercim, Alliance Data Systems, and worked on projects for Apple Computer, Sikorksy Aircraft, and GE Reinsurance.
